Remarketing management

Win back the buyers you already paid for.

Most visitors leave without buying, and they are the warmest audience you will ever have. We split them into segments and cap the frequency, so the right people come back instead of everyone getting nagged. Google Partner. Founder-led. No lock-in.

1

Segment the lists

Cart abandoners, pricing visitors and past buyers each get their own message.

2

Cap and exclude

Frequency capped, purchasers burned from the lists. No stalking.

3

Win them back

The cheapest conversions in the account, done politely.

Who we re-reach

Not one audience. Segments.

The person who abandoned a cart is nothing like the person who watched one video. We split them at the tag level and message each list differently.

One tag on your site
Lists split by intent
Cart abandoners

Finish the checkout you started.

Pricing-page visitors

Answer the objection, skip the intro.

Past buyers

Upsell or suppress, never re-pitch.

Video viewers

Warm them into a first visit.

A different message for each list, timed to where they stopped.

Lists and timing decide remarketing, not banners. Every segment gets its own creative, its own frequency cap and its own membership window, coordinated across Display, Search RLSA and YouTube.

Honest fit check

Remarketing is not for everyone. Here is the straight answer.

It multiplies real traffic and flatters weak tracking. Check your column before hiring anyone to run it, including us.

Remarketing earns its budget when…

Real traffic volume worth re-reaching
A considered purchase or a cart funnel
Clean tag and consent setup
Segments actually worth separating

Skip remarketing when…

Near-zero traffic, lists too small to serve
Sensitive categories where lists are restricted
Audiences already saturated at high frequency
No landing pages to send people back to

Second column? We say so on the audit call and usually point you to filling the funnel first. That honesty costs us a sale and saves you months of chasing people who were never coming back.

The guardrails

Warm audiences, without the stalking.

Remarketing earns its creepy reputation when nobody caps it. We set every limit before your first dollar spends.

ON

Frequency caps per segment

Each list gets its own cap. Enough to be remembered, never enough to be resented.

ON

Purchaser burn lists

The moment someone buys, they leave the list and the ads stop.

ON

Membership duration tuning

List windows match your sales cycle, not Google’s defaults.

ON

Segment-specific creative

Cart abandoners and video viewers never see the same generic banner.

ON

Cross-channel dedupe

Search RLSA, Display and YouTube coordinated, so one person is not hit from all sides.

ON

View-through honesty

View-through conversions reported separately, never claimed as wins.

Also standard: consent-mode verification, list-size monitoring, recency windows, dynamic feed setup and landing-page alignment. None billed as extras.

How we run it

Audit to scale, with nothing hidden.

The sequence every remarketing engagement follows. Every list and cap decision is visible to you.

What we report

Numbers that pay bills, not decorate screenshots.

Remarketing loves to claim credit it did not earn. We report the recovery that is actually incremental, every month.

Cost per won-back conversion

What one recovered sale or lead costs, split from your cold-traffic CPA.

Why it matters: warm audiences should be your cheapest conversions. If they are not, something is misbuilt.

Incremental conversions

Conversions remarketing actually caused, not buyers who were coming back anyway.

Why it matters: the only number that justifies the budget. Everything else is borrowed credit.

Frequency per person

How often the same person sees you in a week, tracked by segment.

Why it matters: capped hard and flattened on purpose. Past a point, every impression burns money and goodwill.

Wasted impressions

Spend on recent buyers, stale lists and users too saturated to ever click again.

Why it matters: pruned weekly. On unmanaged accounts it is usually the biggest line item.

List coverage The share of your traffic the tags actually capture into lists.
Cart recovery rate Started checkouts that finish after a remarketing touch.
New vs returning split How much revenue comes from won-back visitors vs fresh ones.
Creative fatigue Click-through by ad age, so refreshes land before decay.
Metrics we do not celebrate. Audience size, impressions and reach look enormous in remarketing decks and pay no bills. We show them for context and never optimize your budget toward them.

FAQ

Remarketing questions we get a lot.

Isn’t remarketing creepy?
Unmanaged, it can be: the same banner following someone for weeks is a caps problem, not a channel problem. We cap frequency per segment, expire lists on schedule and stop the ads the moment someone buys.
How much traffic do we need?
Google requires a minimum list size before ads even serve, and useful segmentation needs more than that. If your lists would be too small to matter, we say so on the audit call and point you to filling the funnel first.
What about consent and privacy?
Lists are only as good as the tagging and consent setup behind them, so we verify that before launch and keep restricted categories out of audience targeting. We are not your lawyers, but we do not run setups that depend on cutting corners.
Display, Search RLSA or YouTube remarketing?
They are the same lists on different surfaces, and the segment decides. Cart abandoners get Display and Search coverage, video viewers get warmed on YouTube, and we dedupe so one person is not hit by all three at once.
How fast does it work?
Faster than cold campaigns, because the audience already knows you: lists build in the first weeks and the first won-back conversions usually follow soon after launch. A clean read on incrementality takes a couple of months of data.
Do people who already bought keep seeing our ads?
No. Purchaser burn lists remove buyers the moment the conversion fires, and the only ads a past buyer sees after that are deliberate upsell or reactivation campaigns with their own message.
