What on-page actually covers

Eight things every page has to get right

On-page SEO is not one lever. It is the full set of signals on the page that tell Google, and the AI reading it, that this is the best answer to the query.

Search-intent matching

The first job. The page has to answer the exact thing the searcher wanted.

  • Informational, commercial or transactional
  • Format that matches the SERP
  • Right page type for the query

Title tags and meta

What buyers see in the results, and what wins the click.

  • Primary term in the title
  • Meta descriptions that earn clicks
  • No duplicate or truncated tags

Heading structure

A clean outline that humans skim and crawlers parse.

  • One clear H1 per page
  • Logical H2 and H3 hierarchy
  • Subheads that map to subtopics

Content depth and coverage

Enough substance to fully resolve the query, no padding.

  • Cover the questions the SERP rewards
  • Match useful depth, not word count
  • Original detail, not rehashed fluff

Entity and topic completeness

The concepts a strong answer is expected to mention.

  • Related entities and subtopics
  • Terms the top pages share
  • Coverage AI engines look for

Internal linking

Links that pass authority and guide buyers to the next step.

  • Links to and from related pages
  • Descriptive anchor text
  • Money pages well supported

Image and media optimization

Media that helps the page rank instead of slowing it down.

  • Descriptive alt text and filenames
  • Compressed, right-sized files
  • Lazy loading where it helps

FAQ and schema markup

Structure that helps Google and AI quote you directly.

  • FAQ and answer blocks
  • Article and product schema
  • Markup that supports AI citations

Where we start

We optimize around the keywords your ads already proved

Most agencies optimize a page for whatever a keyword tool spits out. We do not have to guess. Because we run your paid accounts, we already know which terms turn into customers, not just clicks.

So when we decide what a page should target and how to match its intent, we start from money terms, not vanity volume. The page gets built to win the searches that actually pay you.

Ads prove the term Page targets it Ranks free proven intent
The process

How we optimize a page

Every page goes through the same five steps. You see the work at each stage, not just a final ranking report.

1
Step 1

Audit the pages

We score your existing pages against the eight on-page signals and flag what is holding each one back.

  • Title, meta and heading checks
  • Intent, depth and entity gaps
  • Internal links and schema review
2
Step 2

Map intent

For each page we pin down exactly what the searcher wants and what format the SERP rewards, using your proven money terms.

  • Query and intent per page
  • Target term from ad data
  • Right page type confirmed
3
Step 3

Rewrite and optimize

We rewrite titles, headings and copy to match intent and cover the entities a top answer needs. You approve before it ships.

  • Titles, meta and headings
  • Depth and entity coverage
  • FAQ and schema markup
4
Step 4

Internal-link

We wire each optimized page into the rest of the site so authority flows to your money pages and buyers find the next step.

  • Links in from related pages
  • Descriptive anchor text
  • Clear path to convert
5
Step 5

Measure

We track rankings, organic CTR and conversions per page, then refresh anything that stalls.

  • Rankings on money terms
  • Organic CTR per page
  • Conversions per page
What you get

The deliverable for every page

On-page work is not a vague promise. For each page in scope you get two concrete things you can hold us to.

Per-page on-page checklist with pass or fail
Target query and search intent named
Rewritten title and meta description
Heading outline and entity coverage list
Internal links to add, with anchor text
Schema and FAQ markup to apply
You walk away with an optimized page brief for each page, clear enough that your own team could ship it. We would rather you see exactly what changed than trust a black box.
What we report

The numbers we hold each page to

On-page work is judged page by page. These are the three metrics we report for every page we touch.

Rankings on money terms

Where the page sits for the terms your ads proved convert.
Why: position on terms that pay you, not vanity keywords.

Organic CTR

Share of searchers who click your result over rivals.
Why: a strong title and meta wins clicks even before rank moves.

Conversions per page

Leads and demos the optimized page actually drives.
Why: a page that ranks but never converts is not done.

Total keyword counts are an input, not the scoreboard. We report what each page earns.

Simple pricing

Start with an audit, scale month to month

No 12-month handcuffs. The audit comes first so we both know the scope before any retainer.

SEO audit

One-time

The full document. Yours to keep even if you never hire us. The honest starting point.

Most pick this

Monthly retainer

Month to month

Scoped to your goals and competition. Cancel any time. We earn the next month every month.

Exact numbers depend on your goals and how competitive your space is. The audit tells us both before you commit a rupee or a dollar.

Straight talk

Are we a fit

We would rather tell you no now than take your money and waste six months.

Good fit

  • A SaaS or AI company with product-market fit
  • Patient for a 4 to 6 month build
  • Already values paid and wants compounding on top
  • Has a real offer that converts

Not a fit

  • You need leads this week, do ads instead
  • You want a guaranteed number one ranking
  • You will cancel in month two
  • No budget to actually publish and build

We cannot promise rankings. We promise the work.

Nobody honest can guarantee a position on Google. What we guarantee is the work, full transparency, and no lock-in. If we are not earning our keep, you walk.

Questions we always get about on-page

Will you rewrite my existing pages or only new ones?
Existing pages first. Most of the fastest wins come from pages you already have that are close but not matched to intent. New pages come later, once the ones you own are pulling their weight.
Do you stuff keywords?
No. Keyword stuffing hurts you now, with Google and with AI engines. We match intent and cover the entities a strong answer needs. The page reads like it was written for a human, because it was.
How do you decide search intent?
We read the live SERP for the query and see what Google already rewards, the page types, the format, the depth, then line that up with the money terms your ads proved convert. Intent is decided by the search, not by a guess.
Can on-page changes hurt rankings short term?
It can wobble briefly while Google re-crawls and re-evaluates a changed page. That is normal. We change things deliberately, track each page, and roll back anything that does not earn its keep.
Who approves the copy?
You do. Nothing goes live without your sign-off. We write it in-house, you review the brief and the copy, and you have the final say on every page.
How is this different from content SEO?
Content SEO is about which pages to create and the topics behind them. On-page SEO is tuning each individual page, its title, intent match, structure, links and markup, so it ranks and gets cited. They work together, this is the page-level half.
